Chey Castro - Member of RLSIR Private Client Group           A proud native of Arizona, Chey graduated from Arizona State University (4.0 GPA; Summa Cum Laude), in 2002 with a degree in Finance and went on to earn his Masters of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.  Since he always loved Arizona, he then moved back home as he honestly couldn’t imagine living or working anywhere else.

After settling in, he went to work as a Senior Auditor for Ernst & Young, a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm, later moving on to become a Senior Financial Analyst for DMB Associates, a respected real estate developer specializing in high-end master planned communities.  During his tenure at DMB,  Chey became part of DMB’s sales team servicing the exclusive community of Silverleaf in North Scottsdale.  This experience fueled and solidified his passion for high-end real estate sales, and in fact, as part of the Silverleaf team, he helped contribute to the sale of over $200,000,000 in home and homesite sales.  It was there that Chey also became aware of the first-class reputation enjoyed by Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty/Frank Aazami Private Client Group and made it his goal to one day become part of this elite team – a goal he's proud to say that he's now accomplished.

Mary Ann M. Kelley, Associate Broker           Has called the “Valley of the Sun” home for 26 years, having relocated to Arizona following her graduation, with honors, from Cornell University.   Prior to commencing her real estate career, Mary Ann utilized her business degree in management positions with Hyatt Hotels, The Arizona Cave Creek Resort and, subsequently, a creative position with Hearst Argyle Corporation where she developed and refined her management, communication and customer service skills. Mary Ann’s ultimate goal, though, was to develop a successful career in residential real estate, a goal that, as a single mother of two children, she was required to put on hold for a number of years during which she developed the skill set she now brings to that industry. In 2003, Mary Ann joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where she immediately distinguished herself in a banner “rookie” year with top production, and election to Coldwell Bankers’ Diamond Society. An Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Mary Ann facilitated numerous out-of state Buyers with their relocation to the Scottsdale area. Mary Ann is now an Associate Broker at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, where she continues to work with passion, integrity and commitment.
